Up for sale is an exhaust removed from a 1984 CR500. There are scuffs, scratches, stains, grease, dirt, heavy corrosion, dents all over, a crack, a large hole, and there is a nest of some sort inside. I used a ball-peen hammer and beat the pipe up a little so I could see what was/wasn't rotten and aside from the hole, the pipe is pretty solid. It looks like the heavy rust occurred only where water was sitting in the bottom of the pipe and I couldn't force any more cracks/holes with the hammer and I wasn't gentle. I didn't want to throw it away because its rare and it can be repaired.
